Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. Guided by an RN-directed care plan, you will help clients maintain dignity, comfort, and independence while ensuring their health and safety needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide mobility support and help with transfers or ambulation.

Offer feeding assistance and monitor nutritional needs.

Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.

Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.

Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.

Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Support clients in maintaining personal hygiene and overall wellness.
Requirements:

Active CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain).

Minimum 6 months of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.

Ability to follow a nurse-directed care plan.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for client visits).
