1. What services does Chriswell Health provide?
We offer a full range of in-home care services including personal care, companionship, respite care, skilled nursing visits, chronic condition support, and concierge services for private-pay clients.
2. Are your caregivers licensed and trained?
Yes. All caregivers are fully screened, background-checked, and either certified (CHHA, LPN, RN) or professionally trained. We also provide ongoing supervision by a Registered Nurse to ensure quality and safety.
3. How quickly can care begin?
In many cases, care can begin within 24–48 hours after the initial assessment. Emergency or respite services may be available even sooner depending on caregiver availability.
4. Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?
We are currently operating as a private-pay agency while we complete accreditation. We plan to begin accepting Medicaid in 3–4 months.
5. How much do your services cost?
Rates vary depending on the type and duration of care. We offer flexible hourly packages, 24-hour care, and premium private-pay options. Contact us for a personalized quote.
6. Do you provide live-in care or overnight shifts?
Yes, we offer live-in and overnight care depending on the client’s needs and caregiver availability.
7. Can I request a caregiver who aligns with my family’s culture or faith?
Absolutely. We do our best to match clients with caregivers who share their language, cultural background, or faith values when requested.
8. What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Mercer, Burlington, Somerset, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey. More counties will be added as we grow.
9. How do I get started with care?
Simply call us or fill out our consultation request form. We’ll schedule an in-home or virtual assessment, develop a care plan, and match you with the right caregiver.
