Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN (as-needed) caregivers to provide respite and weekend care services. In this role, you will step in to care for clients when family caregivers need time off, ensuring they receive safe, attentive, and dignified support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support).

Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and social engagement.

Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.

Follow the care plan provided by the supervising nurse or care coordinator.

Communicate any changes in client condition to the care team promptly.

Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client dignity.
Requirements:

Valid CHHA, CNA, LPN, or RN certification (as applicable to state regulations).

Minimum 6 months of caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Clean background check and professional references.
